At Pi Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your item is faulty or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all components, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship it to our Sydney-based inspection facility via a tracked service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5 business days.
